Consent: Enrollment is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after this. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user proximity and safety alerts.
Status Bands provides safety notifications as a supplemental safety tool, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or missed notifications due to signal loss, network outages, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
T-Mobile and all other mobile network operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Status Bands LLC is not a substitute for emergency services. In the event of an emergency, always contact 911 or your local emergency services directly.
Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or vendors for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
SMS opt-in data and consent is never shared, sold, or rented to any third party for any reason. Status Bands maintains a direct 1:1 relationship with every user regarding SMS communications.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our Services to harass, harm, or intimidate others.
